This day and age....
I've had a pretty great life. I get to meet so many amazing people from different places and backgrounds. I've lived in a bunch of different places. And I have an interesting insight into how life has evolved over the last few years. When I was younger, the internet was not a big thing. Everyone didn't have a smart phone, or a cell phone for that manner. This is hitting me as I'm watching the movie "The Intern" where Robert Danero is a senior citizen where he is an intern. It's obvious that it has to do with how he is from a very different time and that with technology, although it seems that we are much more connected on a global perspective, we are actually much less connected in our day to day interactions with each other. Look at the quality of technology, television, digital music, and movies. Things have changed so fast over the last 20 years that people who are a little more younger than me don't realize how much things have changed since 2000. People need to be careful about forgetting what's most important in their lives and not get too stuck in what they think is the best about being a live now and make sure to really LIVE their life.
